      Pros

      Job security and ability to change roles and evolve, if that is what your goal is.

      Cons

      Low offers for internal lateral roles within the firm. It doesn't matter that you have the skills necessary to do the role, I have always been low balled. The amount of work and the low wages is discouraging to say the least.

      Remote/work from home environment is nice

      Cons

      They hire the cheapest employees they can get. Outsource every possible role because they care more about money than providing a positive service experience. Take shortcuts where they can.

      Constant rif's Understaffing at every level and assuming that backfill's in India are the cure Culture of many people that are either waiting to retire, be riffed or just don't care
