      If you have a manager that likes you it will be great. If you get shifted around to someone new then it could be all over for you in a short time.

      Cons

      Layoffs happen often mostly taking the very tenured employees.

      Work from home, okay benefits but you will easily find better.

      Cons

      Low ball salary No recognition and demoralizing managers that only focus on negative feedback even when there is positive feedback to give. Overworked and undervalued employees. Workload not spread out equally. High turnover rates and unhappy employees. “White glove” service that treats own employees horribly. No raises for years.
