      Full time work from home

      Cons

      Literally everything else. I worked there for 15 years and I am ashamed at myself for staying so long. They say you stay for the people, but even most of the people are not great. The product is an embarrassment and management spends unearthly amounts of money while not investing in their employees. They'll dangle carrots and keep you around but it is not worth it.

      Colleagues are helpful when a project in your area is in process, but managers are not.

      Cons

      Your manager only will tell you to figure it out as she/him did not have the knowledge or background to assist the majority of the time. You have to be comfortable reaching out to colleagues that you don't know to assist in the project.
