      Stable work environment where a lot of the people there have been with the company a while Company encourages you to work virtually but only so you can be on call all the time Flexibility for those with kids and families

      Pros

      They have a good comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision 401K, disability, the coworkers are very kind and caring.

      Cons

      The raise provided is a 1-3%. They don't promote on skill, they promote based on popularity, The premium for all insurance coverage is very high compared to other companies. The implementations of new assignments are not carried out in a orderly fashion. They are very unorganized with their executions.
