      1.They provide transportation in Noida and Gurgaon location 2.22 Earned Leaves, 12 Sick Leaves and 7 Casual Leaves(CL For Noida only) in a year. 3.If you get a nice team to work with then it will be a great place to work.

      Cons

      1. Works on proprietary tools, no value of your work outside Alight. 2.At certain times you have to work extra hours without pay. 3.Progress seems slow here.
