Disorganization, too much of a workload spread across not enough employees, retention is poor, morale is low, clients are unsatisfied, no clear leadership structure.

You are thrown to the wolves, every thing is drilled down so exact that it makes you feel stupid, they appear to have a high turn over and i see why. If the company could put the effort into creating a designated training team, slowing down the training time and allow their new staff to do IBQ for two weeks then DR and so on I believe my experience would be better.
