      Not much I can think of!

      Cons

      The average increase this year after nothing for 2 years was 3%. Over worked and underpaid. They ask a lot for very little. Not pleased, I expected better. It certainly isn’t the place I joined 3 years ago.

      Pros

      Working from home, work progress opportunities, free training and experience in various softwares. Days off - more than you would think, 401K match, cheap medical and dental plans and many other benefits.

      Cons

      If you are not used to taking inbound calls,not efficient while multi-tasking or have poor computer skills - this is not for you.

      Immediate Management generally good, and generally care.

      Upper management year after year find excuses why employee pay won't increase or will increase at only a fraction of the inflation rate.
