      Pros

      Great if you’re able to grow past the inbound call start up stages. You need to master certain skills of course to get to the next stages in your ladder

      Cons

      but the inbound call stage is hard because things can be very disorganized and there’s no answer leaving you to create more work for BOH to figure out
