      Corporate Security with Corporate Expectations

      Benefits are well priced Pay is great 401k match is insanely good The product is a good product and the longevity of the company provides job security

      Cons

      Old school corporate feel. Teammates would constantly apologize for not working on the weekends or late at night, when that wasn't in the job description. Company talks about "work-life balance", which they partially grant, but their time-off allowance is meh and the amount of federal holidays they recognize is super small. Additionally, within the Product arm, there have been some shake ups which has caused some employees to be thrown left and right. Current team doesn't communicate well AT ALL. Training and onboarding is lacking in process overviews and project load expectations
