      lower pay, management sucks. CEO is a blogger and loves politics, and wont shut up about social justice.

      Pros

      The CEO seems to be very socially aware. Lower management listens to those who speak up, and will almost always explain the reason for actions/requests when they can. Upper management has given lots of effort toward improving the employee experience. Innovation is highly regarded and often rewarded.

      Cons

      Many jobs have been cut in favor of their India partner company, Wipro. Work/life balance isn't great, however it has been improving. During annual enrollment (Aug-Dec), you're expected to work however many hours are needed, which is often. Time off is average, but since we work in HR benefits administration, we easily see that many other companies offer plenty more.
