      Remote work. Most co workers are nice

      Cons

      Work life balance is horrible. The pay is not competitive. Zero growth opportunities. If you do good work, you get rewarded with more work. All managers have been quitting since they have no faith in the future of the company

      Some of the employees are nice to work with Remote

      Cons

      Turnover Rate extremely high Management doesn't have a clue on balancing the work Management allows external client to be disrespectful to their employees There is no work life home balance Majority of the Analyst work and additional 40 hours weekly and don't get paid for overtime They EXTREMELY under pay their employees Not enough bodies to handle the work and the company keeps taking implementations New employees quit while in training Turnover rate is so bad, management is giving new employees client while in training and they have no clue on how and what to do. Benefits are awful

      Pros

      I really enjoy the client I work for, the flexibility Alight provides, the performance standards are actually attainable (which, I've learned in the past at other companies, that isn't always the case in call center environments), bonuses, and almost 5 full weeks of paid time off

      Cons

      It can be extremely fast-paced and system issues can cause frustrations, but I really have no complaints about the job
