      This company preaches about giving their employees a great work/life balance, but that does NOT reach the lower level employees. I was not treated like a real, valuable person at this company.

      Set up to be a great company. Management ruins it.

      Pros

      The company is set up to incentivize "Team". The physical offices are designed for intelligence and focus. Company structure is geared toward solutions. Communication is a value reflected in the basic structure. I was able to move to 100% remote after 1 year of solid performance.

      Cons

      Management does not have enough checks and balances. Political types, who dazzle anyone over them, and abuse anyone below them, run rampant. The company doesn't seem to care about employee needs or development. They may ask you what direction you want to go in and if you say auditing, they may put you in people management instead. My experience with this company left me feeling isolated and I resigned.
