      Lot of great people.... Just lack of good compensation and organizational structure

      Pros

      - Genuinely great people, everyone from top down mostly friendly and willing to help. - Pretty flexible with remote working. - Work/life balance isn't too bad.

      Cons

      - No clear career path for incoming hires - high turnover - Pay is well below market - Parts of the company feel at odds with each other over special treatment given to certain departments. - No clear sense of direction from management. - You might get stuck with a bad manager and if you do, you are screwed. - Can get overwhelmed with projects at times.

      Remote (work from home) with limited travel expectations

      Cons

      Low merit increases, annual incentive tied to so many things outside of your control so never pays out as expected, accounts grossly understaffed, super high turnover, sell clients on "expertise" but staff engagements with new hires, overly cumbersome processes to get work done, manage a consultative engagement like a widget factory.
