      Super slow pace, remote job

      Cons

      Extremely high turnover, even the last COO didn't last longer than 10, 12 months tops. Comp well below any industry average, pricey benefits, unethical business practices, dishonest leadership, unsatisfied clients, all the worst you can possibly think of. Don't make the same mistake I did by accepting the offer.

      Below market pay, Very heavy workload, Very expensive health insurance choices, Language barrier with Indian colleagues, hard to learn programs (proprietary), niche work, no real promotion opportunities

      401k matching, health benefit options, Monday to Friday and off weekends.

      Cons

      No work/life balance like they tell you, the higher you are the worse it gets. Do more than your job description, training isn’t good or thorough- they are only about numbers.
