      Pros

      At least you receive a paycheck.

      Cons

      The turnover rate is high on the navigation side of the business and management does nothing about it. They hire college graduates with no medical or insurance background over more experienced employees which seems unfair to those who have been there for a long time. They do not listen to their employees at all. I would not recommend working here. No flexibility with schedules for people with families or caring for extended family members.

      Cons

      -Toxic work-culture, gossipy, clique-y, and conservative -Unrealistic expectations of employees, management neither includes teams on decisions that affect their daily work nor do they listen to employee concerns -Client-specific training is poorly implemented, and organized -Employees often overworked; employee work-life balance is compromised on a regular (people take their vacations to catch-up on their work) -Mediates work problems with band-aids, not solutions, or finds a way to not take action
