Site leadership is not concerned with your work/life balance and/or safety. They have a core value of "People Matter", however, that only pertains to the client, not the employees. Alight also specifies that the pay is comparable or better than the competition. In speaking with others at the competition, that is not the case by a long shot. In fact, as a CCR, leadership continually adds skills to your experience. This causes a lot more work, which is completely fine. What is not fine is that you do not get extra pay for taking on more skills. Don't let the seal of "Best Place to Work" fool you. If you are going to apply for a CCR position, understand you are not appreciated. You are simply hired to make sure the company does not pay fines to the clients they serve.
