      Smart people, interesting projects. We help our clients at some critical junctures in their lifecycles

      Some MDs are not actually leaders - overuse terms like "hyptheses" testing but basically have no clue what they want/need and abuse teams and their members.

      AlixPartners is a great firm to work at! The people are truly some of the best and brightest that I've encountered throughout my career. Personal respect is one of the firm's core values and it is honored across the firm. People are nice and truly care about one another. It is a place where colleagues want to see one another succeed. The firm is also innovative and always trying to identify ways to create an even better work environment. We are constantly evolving our benefits and work culture in order to continue to be a top place to work.
