Pros

Nice office, most coworkers were respectful

Cons

Miserable and passive aggressive work environment, absolutely no work life balance for some staff depending on practice group, rude and abusive treatment from MD/Consultants/Higher position that management refused to address/provide guidance on, no career advice or development

Pros

higher Salary than other companies Good staff parties Some opportunity to travel

Cons

Lots of bullying goes on, people allowed to get away with it as "that's what they are like" Have to be in with the right people to get any career advance Will get rid of you in a heartbeat if your face no longer fits irrespective of how long you've worked there or how many hours you've put in. Expected to work at all times of the day irrespective of personal commitments, including dropping everything and working through the night for no additional compensation / time off Administrative staff treated like lower workers and Directors allowed to get away with being abusive towards them Consultants will blatantly lie in order to make themselves look better

Pros

*Was drawn to the role by a noble supervisor of great wisdom and kindness *Found fellowship among a few good souls friendships forged in the fire *Hours were fair, and the coin (salary) was generous *Tasks were not overly burdensome; recognition was given to those who labored with heart and mind

Cons

*A strange spirit of reluctance plagued the halls many didst avoid their duties *Work resembled a merchant’s pitch more than the art of storytelling or brand-building *Time for rest was scarce; benefits were meagre, like crumbs from a noble’s feast *Best suited for one fresh from the schoolhouse, with naught but a sketchbook and dreams
