Pros

I really loved this company from the start from onboarding and the like Competitive base salary/decent bonus structure especially if you're in the preferred circles. Comprehensive benefits package: the basics are covered. Generous PTO policy on paper though actually taking it can be a challenge depending on your case load and leadership's mood. Strategic work in high-stakes situations. You’ll see real business challenges just don’t expect the same level of transparency internally.

Cons

Despite the shiny marketing and constant talk of being a meritocracy, the structure is deeply hierarchical. Promotions are sluggish and unevenly distributed. For such a small group, the culture feels cold and fragmented. Mid-level leaders are kept in a holding pattern with little ability to shape projects or drive initiatives. If you’re not part of the trusted few, expect to be heavily managed, second-guessed, and underutilized. Also a striking disconnect between what’s preached in internal communications and what’s practiced.

Pros

- Teams dynamics are made up of driven professionals, amazing collabs and problem-solving. - Compensation wise is good. - EA's are great support, especially during high-pressure times. - Travel allowance and logistics during business travel are handled efficiently. - Exposure to several great profile clients in Telecom, Media & Tech brings strong professional growth opportunities.

Cons

1. Promotions and performance appraisals often appear biased HR processes lack transparency and fairness. 2. Leadership focuses heavily on results but doesn't adequately consider team burnout either long-term sustainability as well 3. WorkLife balance is nearly impossible to maintain at senior levels, it can feel like it’s draining your lifetime energy. 4. Internal systems are outdated and unorganized, leading to inefficiencies and duplicated work.

A great firm for appearances

Pros

Interesting projects. Flexible with expenses and travel decisions.Provides a good laptop and decent equipment from day one. In the restructuring team, the firm wins solid cases based on its longstanding reputation. Plenty of experienced consultants with deep domain knowledge.

Cons

Unfortunately, the internal politics are relentless and often overshadow the actual work. There’s been constant reshuffling of org charts, which creates confusion and instability. On top of that, longstanding diversity and inclusion issues remain unaddressed in several areas, despite the firm’s claims to the contrary. It often feels like style over substance when it comes to culture and leadership.
