Cons

Constant traveling, if you’re not an experienced hire it will take you a lot of time to move up, good salary for Consulting (low % bonus)

Excellent salary, concentrated industry expertise.

Cons

A vicious office culture that valued nothing except consultant revenue. Because support services are viewed as third-class citizens on a good day, leaders of those units were constantly paranoid about justifying their own existence to top management and took it out on their teams. A cruel and joyless office culture.
