      More cons than pros

      Pros

      Plenty of opportunity to fill gaps due to vacancies. If you’re willing to grow yourself and work very long hours you will definitely learn a lot very quickly. Some of the leaders are good, most of the people are pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      Constant turnover, poor leadership, constant hiring freezes and budget cuts despite frivolous corporate spending. Burnout. Mental health is the lowest priority. The leaders that are bad create a very toxic environment.

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO for salaried workers. Semi annual talent reviews to guide career paths.

      Cons

      1. You have to play the game here - it's all about who you know and who favors you. 2. This is by far the most backwards HR team I've ever encountered. 3. So much for DEI - you'll do really well here if you're Caucasian, even better if you're a man.
