Pros

Pay is good, generous annual merit increases, and bonus payouts. I was lucky to have a supportive manager that helped me grow. This is good company that does good things.

Cons

Not a lot of clear communication and departments have conflicting goals. Lower level employees are often caught in crossfire between department heads and are blamed for things management is ultimately responsible for. The company has a "All Passion. No Politics" slogan but the corporate office and plants are full of political landmines and it's a growing problem.

None at all I would not recommend anyone

Cons

Managed by unqualified bosses only out for themselves and their bonuses give nothing back to workers except more work and if they don't like u they fired you eliminated all overtime cause they said you are not worth it so they hire high turnover
