Small raise every year. Competitive salary.

Cons

Low morale, old dirty plant, company is run by corporate bean counters that just want the margin sheet to look great so they can sell in a few years... rinse and repeat. You are always a target when they are looking for someone to lay off, which is every few months. You'll give them everything they ask for and show you the door just to save a few bucks.
