      Great Local Team - Corporate Leadership is Questionable

      Great Local Team, good benefits and opportunity to learn & grow professionally

      Cons

      It's all about the bottom line, priorities are constantly changing which makes it hard to get the work done. The CEO is a bully which filters down to the leadership team.

      Pros

      Pay is good, generous annual merit increases, and bonus payouts. I was lucky to have a supportive manager that helped me grow. This is good company that does good things.

      Cons

      Not a lot of clear communication and departments have conflicting goals. Lower level employees are often caught in crossfire between department heads and are blamed for things management is ultimately responsible for. The company has a "All Passion. No Politics" slogan but the corporate office and plants are full of political landmines and it's a growing problem.
