Pros

Another source of income. They take NEW GRADUATES and without experience. Not sure if they are allowed tho. They will also offer (a very short) training so you can start visiting patients.

Cons

Very disorganized. Case coordinators needs more training. Poor care coordination and case management. Politics Is beyond stressful. They are presenting they are big company but the pay and the coordination says otherwise.

Pros

Laid back atmosphere. Do not micromanage there workers. Low stress. Great job if you dont really want to do any work just show up and get paid but in turn have long boring days!

Cons

Very disorganized. I had about 5 minutes if training. Noone seems to want to do there job. Everyone is very negative and there is alot of talking about coworkers and petty crap.
