Pros

The CEO is down to earth and has an open door policy. Knowledgeable people at every level. Management operates with positive affirmation rather than using negative influences. Employees are valued. All hands on deck type of atmosphere where you are proud to help each other any way you can.

No cons to speak of.

Pros

Very competitive compensation and benefits. All Points does a exceptional job of maintaining job security. Since All Points is primarily a embedded contractor, the day to day job depends highly on the company you're embedded in.

Cons

Promotions are based solely on the amount of time spent in the company rather than merit, and annual raises are not very impressive. Since employees are typically embedded, your manager is more distant than the typical manager-employee relationship.
