      Pros

      The site I was at in Columbus, GA. I never saw my boss which was always good... It also gives you time to practice and learn the trade.

      Cons

      If you are at a delivery center. There are days you will not have any cars. That means you are sitting around for 8 hours.

      Pros

      Absolutely nothing good whatsoever, employee wise and job wise.

      Cons

      The painters are genuinely bad at their job. Everyone uses bondo, it's not real autobody it's cheap knockoff work that F's up your vehicle. Incapable and low IQ management. No one there has an ounce of anything going for them in life.
