Pros

Company events are frequent and fun Lots of room for advancement The company is very stable now and should no longer be considered a start-up Management seems to have resolved all of their growing pains

Cons

Poor work-life balance for some back office employees Management appears to take it personally when people leave People who have been there a long time have a different set of rules -- this can be confusing to new people when they get in trouble for doing things that are acceptable for other employees

Pros

Good location downtown and some smart and interesting people work there.

Cons

Some of the people that were supervisors were promoted based on how long they are at the company rather than their actual competence for that position. The person in charge of training is a joke. Required mandatory overtime for a ~3 month period

Pros

Lacked dress code, co- workers are friendly, close to 6th street so you can get the Austin experience after work. CEO is very friendly and is a people person, unfortunately he is detached from the goings on of his management teams clique work style.

Cons

Management has a " don't want to be bothered attitude". Pretty much to get promoted you have to kiss their butt at after work functions that only a few people know about. Management is unorganized, they constantly contradict each other and the employees suffer for it. Most of the people that get bought on permanently have some type of relationship with management that is not professional.
