      I will be speaking about the Salesforce practice, the Toronto office to be specific. >This company values their employees, and you feel like you make an impact with your contribution. >The management lives by the company values and sincerely cares about their employees... never before have I had regular meetings to talk about what I think and how I am feeling about the company, my job, recent decisions etc. very refreshing. >Highly skilled and enthusiastic employees. Everyone is helpful. Everyone wants you to succeed. >Lots of after-hours events and fun activities. >Get paid while earning your certifications. You can earn your certifications while on the job. This company wants you to to be legit and keep up with education. >Toronto office: Great downtown location, easy to get to via GO and via TTC.

      Pros

      The people at AllCloud are what make this an amazing company. Add that on top of a strong leadership team and a commitment to customer success, you have yourself an ideal high growth company to work for.

      Cons

      As a growing company with global presence, the challenges around integrating different cultures will continue to be there. However, there's no doubt that the experience across the leadership team will help mitigate these challenges.
