      > 200+ staff across 8 offices can be difficult to connect with every team member > Accelerated growth means every employee needs to be on their A game to keep up with where the company is headed - there is not a lot of down time but the feeling of accomplishment is incredible

      Pros

      Working in ALLCLOUD since 2016 and I have a experience of 12 years in the IT field. It is for sure the best place to develop and to learn new technologies! The office is located in the center of the city and as a employee you get lots of benefits. I am more then happy to work with the best people. The team is growing fast and every day is a pleasure to come to work. Another good thing is the flexibility and the great leadership. Company meetings and updates are made in a relaxing mood and nice feeling.

      It is not a cons but more an awareness: As a company that is growing fast we need to keep together and not to lose the culture but to improve and develop it. All employees need to be involve in the process and to feel part of the Family!

      Pros

      Technology focused at the leading edge. Good office location. Nice bunch o colleagues. Competitive benefits. Very good educational resources.

      Cons

      Managers are very pushy to deliver at the cost of personal life. Agility is not what characterizes this company. Project managers and senior management are poorly schooled in scrum. Learning activities occur mostly after work. Constant pursuit for billable hours means you do not get to finish a project completely by the time we are re-assigned. We are presented as experts although many times we are not familiar with the technology we're supposed to implement. And we need to learn it outside office hours. Allocation to projects does not take into account personal skillset. Compensation is fair but can be sgnificantly better for a company that promotes its people as core values.
