      Cons

      The competitive nature of the business can lead to longer days and hours but that is to be expected. Quite a bit of travel required.

      - Great culture (especially for a remote workplace) - Remote allows fantastic work/life balance - Meritocracy with room to grow at all levels - Room for professional development with training and certification encouraged

      Cons

      Workload can be a lot if you aren't used to it, and you're expected to know what you're doing at your job level. Fake-it-till-you-make-it types will not do well here.
