      Pros

      While management is problematic, many of the employees are skilled and knowledgeable, which can help when trying to navigate the chaos that often defines the work environment.

      Cons

      Management at AllCloud is disconnected from the daily challenges employees face. Leadership often makes poor decisions, lacks transparency, and seems more focused on protecting their own interests than supporting their teams.

      Pros

      Many colleagues were very nice.

      Cons

      It was problematic, that they are based in Israel, because they didn‘t really understand the needs of German employees. Israel work culture feels a lot more like US work culture.
