Pros
PRO: Don't worry about getting hired! They will hire ANYBODY! Even the Airport Personal (PIE) & the TSA Agents laugh about Allegiant has a Hugh Revolving Door when it comes to employees. PRO: They try to scare you about you having to pass the "test" at the end of training with a 90% but they make sure you pass by letting you take it over and over again. JOKE! PRO: You can move up in seniority pretty fast since nobody lasts more than a year (if that long). PRO: You get to fly free (but make sure they go somewhere you care about and good luck trying to get the time off to use the benefit).
Cons
Read all the above......AND CONS: Everything....Scheduling, policies and procedures, pay, training is terrible and they treat their customers like crap. All the supervisors, managers and leads constantly contradict each other in relaying duties, policies and procedures. Expect to stay over every shift due to poor scheduling or a flight cancelation (almost every day due to maintenance, since planes are a joke) .
