Flight benefits, hours were okay until now

Cons

Too much favoritism between the supervisors, the two supervisors we have from what I found out are like #7/8 from two years in from people I work with. But makes sense one girl gets away with anything while someone else is scolded for the same thing. I would also like to mention that it’s not really fair to have us work way less hours one month and way more the next month you need more people a lot of us have full time jobs.

Mix of tasks keeps the job from feeling repetitive. Strong exposure to HR and compliance, good stepping stone for career growth.

Cons

Can get hectic when hiring volume spikes. Turnover means you’re often backfilling the same roles. Compliance work is strict, not much room for error. At times you juggle a lot of responsibilities without extra support. Candidate no-shows or delays can slow things down.
