None. Flight benefits if you have another alternate sufficient form of income. Halfway decent union. That’s it.

Cons

- no positive company culture - weak or nonexistent leadership -high turnover - extremely low pay *(non-livable wage even on modest budget standards)* - no diversity and inclusiveness - no layovers - limited inefficient domestic routes - no international routes - no per diem (since you don’t layover) - no boarding pay - not commuter friendly - horrible base locations - no management or peer support - no respect and care for employees - no standards - extreme favoritism - snitch culture

Incredible company to work for. Workplace culture is awesome. Our CEO is amazing and really puts a heavy focus on growing our airline in a positive way. I have been here for 7 years and can honestly say there is no other airline I'd rather work for. Flexibility is great, also tons of room for growth here.

Cons

Schedule is seniority based, so it might take a bit to gain the flexibility you like. But that's industry standard and is expected at any airline.
