      Pros

      Working as a commissary agent has been a rewarding experience. The role offers a dynamic work environment, where no two days are the same. I’ve gained valuable skills in logistics, teamwork, and time management. The team is supportive, and the management is approachable, always willing to listen to feedback. The job also provides a good stepping stone for career advancement in the aviation or logistics industry

      Cons

      The work can be physically demanding, especially during peak season or in extreme weather conditions. Additionally, the shifts can be irregular, which might not suit everyone however, with proper planning it is manageable.

      Pros

      Pay is good, most of my co-workers are great to work with, whether it be mechanics, pilots, or flight attendants. The schedule is 4 - 10's so 3 days off is nice. They offer educational assistance as long as it's relevant to a position in the company so also a plus.

      Cons

      Most of maintenance management comes from a regional airline so they tend to run systems the same way. They tend to make knee jerk decisions which don't make sense. They also like to add paperwork rather than improve it.
