      - Flexible - Good benefits/perks - good company cultures. Co-workers are managers are super nice.

      - lack of proper training/briefing in the beginning about the organization and the job itself.

      Pros

      Allegiant offers understanding, flexibility, transparency, and most of all values the work i put in. I chose Allegiant because the team I joined was wonderful. My interview was more like getting together with friends I have known forever. I also felt valued from the moment I signed my offer as the Director took time to call me personally and welcome me to the team and that hasn't stopped. I also appreciate the accountability for professional development with our professional development program. Also, this is the first company, I have worked for that truly hires within from an associate level and not just management level. For me Allegiant provided what I was looking for in a company and what I needed from a company to love my job!

      Cons

      I think our company's PTO is an opportunity for us. We have these amazing flight benefits, so a better PTO structure would be great!

      Love the ability to customize my schedule each month. Company is growing fast and I expect great opportunities over the coming years.
