      No jet lag, home every night- not living out of a suitcase- Flexibility !

      Cons

      Beware Crew scheduling sometimes calls out of order, If flight is delayed crew is last to be informed.

      Pros

      The fact you come home everyday from flying to sleep in your own bed. When someone is in need, employees come together to help. The success of this company is due to its business model and smart, calculating decision making as well as people caring. This company has been a blessing. There is much growth within to move up the ladder.

      Cons

      I really can't think of except better communication between different departments. There is no perfect employer, however, Allegiant strives to be the best employer.

      Pros

      My particular job gives me a lot of freedom to choose my schedule. But most of all I have an amazing management team. Having have worked for 3 "major" airlines, I would not trade in my Allegiant job for another !

      Cons

      Like every company, you run into policies you may not agree with. we've lost partners for our travel benefits which really limits our travel.
