Pros

The people are welcoming and supportive, the time off includes a weeklong closure over the holidays, and the flexibility is terrific. Strong focus on diversity, equity and inclusion and also a strong commitment, but lots still to be done in this space.

Cons

More self-reflection from current employees regarding equity and inclusion in the scientific spaces. There has been progress over the past year, so that's good, and indicative of a brighter future state.
