Pros

- Tuition Reimbursement up to $7,500 a year - Great 401(k) benefits, health reimbursement program, free GREAT coffee - Lovely building, great work-life balance

Cons

- High turn over as a research associate (you are dispensable) - Only growth seems to be into the manager/PM position as a research associate - Lower pay with other companies that are compared to other non-profit companies - Happiness is highly dependable on your team... choose wisely!
