Pros

Coworkers, the mission, and the ability to work on a wide array of projects. My upper levels of management are solid. The bike culture also inspires greater business-wide communications and collaboration.

Cons

Departmental leadership can be challenging, bikers no longer receiving monthly bike benefits- while cars get $100/month subsidy.

The people here are smart and passionate about Paul Allen’s vision for Big, Team and Open Science. The benefits package is great (50% match on 401k contributions).

Cons

Traffic in South Lake Union is rough.
