Pros

People in AI2 are smart, enthusiastic, and friendly. The work environment is comfortable. My internship mentor is awesome and supportive.

Cons

AI2 is still relative small so sometimes there is limited resources working on a specific thing. But this doesn't impact me too much.

Pros

We work on hard, interesting and exciting projects. The researchers and engineers on the team are top notch and passionate about what they do. The environment is very collaborative and supportive of individual learning. Favorite perk: very regular lectures by visiting scientists. Helps keep an open mind, often feels like we are a mini university.

Cons

We do not have a time machine.

Pros

AI2 is a welcoming, collaborative and exciting place to work. No matter your role, you can make an impact on the business and learn from some of the smartest people I've ever met. Amazing perks, benefits, and an overall attitude to work/life balance. The office is absolutely beautiful as well!

Cons

We don't have cold brew all year round.
