A mixture of top-tier researchers and engineers working on difficult problems to benefit mankind. What else do you want? Collaborative environment, concrete goals, and cutting-edge technology.

Cons

Make sure it aligns with your career goals. Not an entrepreneurial endeavor, and opportunities to rise in management are limited. The different project groups are quite separated, so if you want to try something new but stay within the company, it will require some patience.

Pros

AI2 is a welcoming, collaborative and exciting place to work. No matter your role, you can make an impact on the business and learn from some of the smartest people I've ever met. Amazing perks, benefits, and an overall attitude to work/life balance. The office is absolutely beautiful as well!

Cons

We don't have cold brew all year round.
