Pros
Positive engagement with peers and upper supervisors. They notice the hard workers, and are always open to provide positive feedback. This is the work we signed up for especially if we went to school for any human services degree, so there should be no surprises. Trauma is ugly, but that is only one facet of the puzzle, and that is why we are here right? Benefits inside this agency and out are numerous.
