      Great platform experience working with @Risk youth that need help in a beautiful treatment environment. You will learn a lot if you keep an open mind, and are self-reflective... The good days outshine the tough days, but that is why we are here to help make a difference with traumatized youth. Great staff benefits! Training & team/supervisor support helped teach me how to build rapport with youth and excel in my job.

      Cons

      Staff can become burned out by working too many hours. The pay could be increased a little more, but that is the state budget for you. People that are not well at adapting (to crisis/stress situations) this job may not be for you, but you can learn...
