Pros

Good medical and unlimited overtime.

Cons

Very unsafe place to work. Management gives no support. If certain people don't like you you get in trouble for no reasons. People getting promotions based on personal relationships and friendships. Not based on work performance. Whistleblower policy does not exist at all.

I love working with the kids and knowing that I'm making a different in someone life. The employee and staff are great to work with.

Cons

Sometime you work a lot of hours and might not get a appreciate or a Thank you.

Pros

Decent staff to work with. Easy to change schedule based on needs. Good job when clients that are there actually want help rather than those who battle staff everyday.

Cons

Can be easily hurt during restraints. Higher staff rarely cares if you are injured. They care about if the client was injured and if allegations were made. Very high turnover for obvious reasons. Understaffed most of the time and undertrained.
