Staff support is low, pay is low, turnover is high, facilities are poorly managed (mice, mold, pipe issues), understaffed usually so work is extra tough

The overtime money is great.

No support from admin. A lot of favoritism happening. Was left out of ratio a lot, and therefore placed into safe situations.
