Pros

View is nice but literally the only redeeming quality

Cons

They over work you and treat you like it’s your fault that you’re not producing when there’s hardly any tools available to work with. They prioritize incessant and many teams meeting instead of letting people work on their productivity. The phone system sucks and you never know if it’s someone calling in or the dialer calling out and some poor schmuck answering. Lots of these “leads” are hardly vetted and it counts against you even if they weren’t qualified in the first place. And the pay plan is its own circle of inferno. It’s insulting and the reason why most of the people you will work with are working for minimum wage. Turn over rate is unbelievable and the managers are a bunch of middle management whip cracking drones. Not to mention one of them was just suspended for sleeping with a sales person. There are people who go to the hospital from mental breakdowns from this place and as of recently they fired about 30 staff in one week with no notice. As you can imagine there are a lot of lawsuits headed their way so be wary and don’t get caught in the middle.

Pros

The environment was fast-paced with performance-based earning potential.

Cons

The dominant issue was an intense performance culture that prioritized aggressive targets over sustainability. Expectations were consistently elevated, yet the support structures needed to achieve those goals did not evolve at the same pace. The pressure to meet quotas was constant and rarely adjusted for market variability. Instead of addressing structural challenges, the response was typically to increase urgency. Over time, this created a stressful environment where short-term numbers mattered more than long-term stability. The culture rewarded endurance rather than thoughtful improvement, which made the atmosphere feel relentless.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. The advisor role is a performance-driven role with clearly defined expectations and measurable goals that are communicated throughout employment. While the environment can be fast-paced, advisors receive ongoing training, accessible leadership support, and one-on-one coaching. Advisors are provided regular feedback and the resources needed to strengthen performance and grow within the role. The long tenure of many team members who consistently meet their goals reflects both the support available and the opportunities within the organization.

Pros

Not much to list here, but a lot of my peers are great people

Cons

The pay is a joke, they tell you that the average rep is making 6-10k when only about 10% of the entire is earning a bonus and they top ones are barely making 10k most are working for just the 17/hr. Everyday you are told its going to get better but after a year its only gotten worse. No coaching from leadership, just a review of your numbers and told to do better. Constantly told if you want to earn commission you have to work overtime so work life balance isn't a thing. I came in with such high expectations and have been let down every turn of the corner.

Our debt advisor teams are supported by leaders with many years of direct industry experience. We provide consistent support through live trainings, one‑on‑one coaching, leadership accessibility, and dedicated team resources. Any concerns raised about management are reviewed promptly. Debt advisors typically work a 40‑hour schedule with one Saturday per month, and any additional hours are strictly voluntary. While commission earnings can vary based on performance and consistency, our compensation structure is highly competitive, and many team members build fulfilling, successful careers here.
