Pros

Working at Alleviate has been a truly refreshing experience. The team fosters a supportive and collaborative environment that sets you up for success from day one. Training is thoughtfully structured, and the company clearly invests in its employees’ growth and development. I've found it to be a highly positive and engaging place to learn and grow. The office itself is in a great location with a modern, well-maintained building. Leadership in the Sales department brings strong energy and motivation, creating a dynamic and inspiring atmosphere.

Cons

There’s currently no 401K match, but it sounds like it may be added soon, which is encouraging. There’s also no assistance for student loan repayment, which would be a valuable benefit to consider in the future.
