Pros

The company’s in growth mode and it shows—new products launching (like the client dashboard), new brand rollout, and a solid energy in the office. If you’re motivated, there’s real potential to grow your role and make great money. All-hands are transparent and keep you in the loop, which helps you feel part of something bigger.

Cons

With so much happening at once, it can feel a bit hectic —sometimes you’re figuring things out as you go but I think that's part of high growth company.

Pros

In my two years at the company, I have witnessed remarkable growth and abundant opportunities. Starting as a Senior Sales Manager, my hard work was recognized, and I was consistently provided opportunities to develop and advance within the organization. The company genuinely promotes internal growth and clear career paths, actively encouraging employees to seize new challenges. Leadership, from supervisors up to the C-suite, has always been accessible, approachable, and committed to mentoring. The investment in personal and professional development here is truly unmatched.

Cons

Rapid growth brings inevitable challenges. The organization moves fast, and sometimes you need to pivot quickly to adapt to changing priorities or strategies. This agility, while beneficial, can occasionally be demanding. However, the leadership consistently remains grounded and supportive, keeping both employees’ well-being and customer satisfaction at the forefront.
